GENERAL GUIDE LINE FOR ONLINE REGISTRATION AND ADMISSION FOR THE ACADEMIC SESSION YEAR 2023 – 2024

INSTRUCTIONS FOR ONLINE APPLICATION AND SELECTION PROCESS

• Please scan and upload a separate photograph of the parents and the child who is seeking admission (maximum size of photo should not be more than 20 kb).
• Parents should mention own active/working email Id and correct mobile number for further interaction with the school.
• Application procedure will be completed only after the copy of the application form along with the required documents and application fee Rs. 300/- (Rupees Three Hundred Only) have been submitted in the school office. Hard copy of the Application form send by post or courier will not be entertained
• Last Date and Time for Successful online submission of application is on 28/11/2024 and 23:59
• Last Date and Time for Successful offline submission (Printed and Completely Filled) of application is on 30/11/2024 and 13:00 at school Administration office.
• Documents required for the Seeking Admission: As per the checklist provided in the admission form is mandatory.
• Incomplete / Incorrect forms will be rejected without any reference to the Parent/Guardian. Application without proper documentation (as per requirement) will be rejected without any reference to the Parent/Guardian.
• The Interaction Date and Time will be sent by SMS to the Parents/Guardians through registered mobile number of the Parents/Guardians enrolled on our parental portal website and also at our school Website www.gnps21rkl.info
• Every child will be considered on base of his/her own performance appraisal based on the evaluation or screening process.
• Recommendation by any Third Party will positively go against the admission of the candidate. Parents are cautioned against any so called agents claiming to act on behalf of the school admission.
• Any kinds of Donations for admission are NOT accepted either directly or through any Third Party. So applicants are advised not to indulge in any such activities.
• The Final list of selected student will be published on our school web site and also will be intimated to the Parents/Guardians through SMS on the registered mobile number only also at our school Website www.gnps21rkl.info
• Those shortlisted for Interaction need to bring a print out of the application form submitted online along with the original plus one Xerox copy of Municipality Corporation Birth Certificate (State Govt.)
• Medical certificate from a Registered Medical Practitioner stating that the child has been vaccinated/inoculated.
